Bio

Rene Vasquez My name is Rene Vasquez and "Photos From The Road" is a collection of photographs that I have been capturing for sometime. The title might sounds a little bit Steinbeckish. In reality, it's just I won't walk very far from the road for a photograph unless it is something very special. Photographs are tangible remnants of people, places, and things. Some of which are gone but were caught in a moment of time that meant something to someone. Without sounding too cliche, in my photography I try to keep that moment alive and in some ways the feelings that were felt at that time. Some of my photographs are taken for the beauty that I see, some are for a historical record of the past and some are just for fun. I hope you enjoy what I have created.
